New NSCNA Bylaws Ratified

At the October 14th general meeting, the main topic of discussion was the proposed Bylaws from the Bylaws Committee. After much discussion and a few amendments, the new Bylaws were ratified by the members in attendance. These bylaws go into effect November 1, 2008.
