Bylaws

The Bylaws committee is tasked with improving the current bylaws. In 2008, the Bylaws Committee worked diligently to revise the NSCNA bylaws to bring it up to date with current State and Federal Law as well as clarify a number of issues that were not well defined in the previous 1998 Bylaws.
