  • NSC Community Garden Selected To Be Part of Austin Design Week

    Thanks to Community Garden volunteers Sarah Brandon and Jennifer Noinaj, our North Shoal Creek Community Garden has been selected to be one of the tours in this year’s Austin Design Week. The event takes place on Thursday, November 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the garden which is located at 3025 Crosscreek (northwest corner of the Pillow campus).

  • IMPORTANT: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP PLANT TREES IN NORTH SHOAL CREEK

    When: Saturday October 27, 2018, 8am-2pm
    Where: Pillow Elementary; 3025 Crosscreek Dr, Austin, TX 78757

    Volunteers are needed to help fill mulch bags, deliver trees, and plant trees in the North Shoal Creek Neighborhood.  Volunteers, please bring work gloves, hats, sunscreen, and water

    Pick-up trucks are also needed!

  • UPDATE ON NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND CONTACT TEAM

    This is an update of the August 23 and 25 postings about the approved North Shoal Creek Neighborhood Plan and the North Shoal Creek Neighborhood Plan Contact Team (North Shoal Creek NPCT).

    As previously announced, the North Shoal Creek Neighborhood Plan Contact Team bylaws adoption and officer election meeting was held on September 25, 2018.  At that meeting the draft bylaws were approved; Sharon Justice was elected as Committee Chair and Kenneth Webb was elected as Vice-Chair.

    The North Shoal Creek NPCT bylaws has been posted on the following web page:

    That page has links to the approved plan, Future Land Use Map,  in both PDF format and interactive map format, bylaws and additional information concerning the contact  team.
