Reconnect with your neighbors and your neighborhood association at the March general meeting. The meeting topic will be “Meet Your Neighbor, Meet Your Association (with free cookies)”.

Although the agenda includes some brief business and committee reports, most of the evening will be dedicated to giving everyone a chance to meet their fellow board members, the new Board of Directors and committee chairs. Refreshments, including home baked treats, will be provided.

If you would like to bake something or help with refreshments, please contact Alyssa Hedge at socialchair@nscna.org.

Feb 27 update: We will be approving the minutes from our January general membership meeting at this meeting. You may view a draft of those minutes here.

  • We posted previously about the Strategic Mobility Forums held earlier this month. The City of Austin is using these forums to gather citizen priorities on transportation projects.

If you weren’t able to attend a forum, now you have the opportunity to participate online through an online survey.

Here’s the announcement from the City:

“The City of Austin today launched a new online survey asking citizens about their transportation priorities to help guide how future transportation dollars will be spent. The survey mirrors the workshop exercises conducted at the six Austin Mobility Forums across the city this week. […] Results from the survey will be shared with the City Council as it considers future mobility projects.”

The survey is available here: http://www.austinstrategicmobility.com/get-involved/survey/

    Update from Laura DiCarlo:
